Refurbishing

QCI offers the option to refurbish our customer’s valves if more than a simple repair kit is needed. Typical overhaul is as follows:

  • Each component is broken down
  • Seals are removed and replaced
  • Metallic parts are cleaned/degreased/ground and re-plated if required
  • Valves are upgraded to latest model (in the case of the V1 & V2 Flower Controllers and Tier 2 Univalve)
  • Valves are tested and shipped to end-user
